A 1960’s urban tract house was remodeled to answer the following concerns of the Owners.

“We like the neighborhood but feel isolated when inside”
“Our house is too dark”
“We want to feel connected to the backyard”
“The interior is too divided”
“Our kids like to hang out at the front window”
“We can’t entertain our friends”

The private spaces were left intact. The social spaces were transformed.
